We are organisational design specialists with our own unique DISCO Org Design Model that we use to guide transformation, segmented into a series of five phases to enable people to lead change in the organisation.

Org design is the strategic work of shaping how a company’s roles, processes, systems, and culture fit together to deliver on its ambition - consistently, efficiently, and with enough adaptability to survive complex operating environments and changing futures.

It’s a blueprint for how the organisation actually functions. It defines how people work together, make decisions, share information, and use resources to create value.
