ELLIE MASON
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR AND COACH
Ellie is a leadership development facilitator and coach, and an organisational design consultant.
As an organisational design consultant, Ellie supports the change-makers, people and culture leads, and org development teams to design and intentionally create the employee experience to align its strategy, processes, and culture. She loves talking about how they’re holding the tension between the needs of the business and the needs of their people.
As a leadership development facilitator and coach, Ellie's approach is informed by Robert Kegan's Subject-Object Theory of Development, as well as Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
You can find Ellie coaching leaders, running small group coaching programs, and facilitated team workshops - where she encourage leaders and teams to build cognitive capacity in order to strengthen capability and close the knowing-doing gap. These development accelerators are steeped in reflective practice designed to explore and integrate ideas such as: Switching from autopilot to leading with awareness and intentionality; and Untangling sensemaking and understanding how it shapes our reality.
Ellie is also a leadership development program curator. As a big believer in unlocking potential, she designs leadership experiences that connect to organisational systems. Whether it's helping SMEs transition to leadership, or guiding seasoned pros through fresh challenges, Ellie curates engaging programs, practical tools, and real conversations that inspire growth.
With a background in learning and development (and a knack for making complex stuff feel doable), she's all about helping people lead with confidence, clarity, and curiosity.
